This spacious apartment is located just minutes from the world famous La Rambla with an abundance of cafes, tapas bars, shops and restaurants, as well as the many street performers and flower stalls just a short stroll away. This is a perfect location for exploring buzzing Barcelona.

The living/dining area is a smart and stylish space, the perfect place to relax after a hard day sightseeing. There is a comfortable sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV with English channels. A DVD player is available on request. The dining area has a dining table, which comfortably seats four guests. From here you can access the large roof terrace. The living and dining areas are Air Conditioned.

The kitchen is open plan to the living dining area and is fitted to a high standard with smart modern appliances. It has a washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster and plenty of utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided.

The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and is air-conditioned.

The contemporary bathroom has stylish modern fittings and is tiled throughout. It has a walk in shower, hand basin and WC. A hairdryer is available on request.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• For bookings of more than one apartment in the same building there may be a minimum booking requirement of 3 nights. Please contact us if you wish to book less than 3 nights.
  
  
• For bookings of more than one apartment in the same building we require a security deposit prior to arrival of 250 euros, per apartment. It must be pre-authorised on only one credit card which must be in the name of one of the guests. Please ensure that the card used has sufficient credit available to permit a pre-authorised deposit of 250 euros for each apartment in a booking.
  
  This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour. Also a photocopy of the passport of the person who booked will be taken and held until departure.
